Libby-Shimmz responds:

Fasho.

The vocals are beautiful. Unfortunately they're drowned behind everything else.
Bring 'em forward, beef them up, make them clearer. proJECT 'em!

Theledge93 responds:

I gotcha, if i made them any louder, they would have drowned out the kick and snare. they lost considerable punch if i mixed the vocals any higher. i'm just not pro enough with an eq and compressor yet.

Dang...this really grows on you.
Somebody's going to use this in a Papa Louii/Mario/Fun 2D Flash Platformer Game of some kind, I can tell you that right now.
By the way, yOUR cAPSLOCK iS oN, sIR.

Tarteviant responds:

YouriX responds:

Haha your welcome im just happy you like it xD

Wow...okay, good job, I can tell you really put your heart into this attempt...
But make sure you find your range and stay within it. And when you sing, you have GOT to proJECT.
If you're keeping it quiet so as not to disturb the people in the other room (or the other houses in the neighborhood) that's not going to work. You have to yell on key, especially with something this difficult to sing. When they sang this at the Disney recording studio, they weren't being quiet.

Good try, though. :)

Mau3000 responds:

I wasn't being quiet, I swear hahaha
I really don't give a damn about my neighbors.

The technique I'm learning on my vocal classes regards the projection of the voice from behind your head to your top mouth and nose. The problem with this is that non-experiment singers tend to be incapable of building presence towards high pitch notes. You're right about it and I shall keep practicing.
About my range, this song is a little bit above it (about 1 tone), but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to reach it with no problems if I keep practicing!

Thank you for the advice, I'll keep working hard!
It was a good try, wasn't it? hahaha

Hard-hitting, even if is a little loud. As long as the audio mixer manages to keep the vocals clear and distortion-free, I have no doubt this will boost the emotion of the rap.
Good work, Zeku. You're keepin' it like a boss!

Zekuence responds:

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated! Advice is always taken into consideration.

Very fitting for a pixilated 8-bit race game. I'll keep this one as part of my 8-bit collection.
It's a little short, so it might get old after about 32 consecutive playthroughs, but the first six loops have been great fun.
Good job!

Cadrean responds:

Thanks!

There are really not enough uplifting trance tracks in the audio portal these days.
