I think it's quite nice.
Having a vocalist will certainly improve it a lot. It's got a great flow and the instruments mingle nicely. It gets a little repetitive after about five minutes though, so a little variety would help.

The vocals are on key and what can I say about the guitar? Fantastic! I just feel as if the voice could be lowered the tiniest smidge and the music brought the most infinitesimal margin louder it would be flawless. A little tweaking on the volume, that's all.
